Casa Boutique Hotel

Very affordable spot in a great location. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating (my girlfriend and I got stuck in Miami for a week due to weather issues and our own failure to reschedule our flight on time. The front desk gave us a bottle of wine to help make up for the trauma! They were also so friendly and welcoming the entire time). We spent the week there and it was great. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. Big TVs. Big super comfortable beds. Very nice bathrooms. Can’t hear the people next door. The place is no frills (no pool, no sauna, no gym) but for the price, the service, and location, I don’t think one can do better. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The restaurant attached is fantastic, Mac’s Club Deuce is across the street, and pretty much everything in South Beach/much of Miami is within a 5-25 minute walk or uber ride. You can’t really go wrong with this place.

I stayed for a few nights at Casa Boutique Hotel on Washington Avenue, and my overall experience was mixed but honest. First off, the location is really convenient — it’s only a short walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and places I wanted to check out, which made it easy to get around without needing a car. The hotel itself has a clean, modern vibe in a small-scale, boutique kind of way, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable enough, though it felt a bit on the small side and didn’t have a lot of extra features (no pool or gym on site, for example). The continental breakfast and the fact that it’s included with the resort fee was a nice convenience, even if it wasn’t anything fancy. One thing I noticed was that because it’s right in the heart of South Beach, street noise was noticeable at night — something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d say it’s a good budget-friendly choice if you want to be close to the beach and nightlife without spending too much, but it’s not a place you’d stay at if you’re looking for big amenities or a super quiet retreat.

The beach is an easy walk from the hotel. Our room was well appointed and the staff was incredibly attentive. Heidi in particular was outstanding and gave us the warmest greeting uppn arrival. An added bonus was that the attached restaurant (Lemoncello) was delicious and afforably priced. This was my first stay at the Casa hotel but it won't be the last! My wife and I are already making plans to return for the holidays. If you want a conveniently located, clean, affordable and friendly place to stay the Casa hotel fits the bill!

A small hotel centrally located on Southbeach on Washington Avenue. Priced absolutely fair and except for annoying noises from the wall I have nothing to complain about. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small and lacks storage space. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime if I long for Miami again.

I stayed at Casa Boutique Hotel during a recent trip to Miami Beach and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest thing I liked was the location. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants and shops, so it was easy to get around without needing a car. The hotel itself is small and simple, but the room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions about the area. It’s not a big luxury resort, but that’s part of the charm. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in South Beach without spending too much time in the hotel itself, it worked well for me. I’d consider staying there again on another quick trip.

Very cute little hotel that’s at the center of everything south beach. Especially front desk staff was super friendly. Would go back, but maybe bring more layers: The main issue was a lack of temperature control. The room thermostat doesn’t do anything and they keep the rooms extremely cold. We had to open windows to prevent us from falling sick but then it’s super loud and hard to sleep. I wish they solved this issue many others also complained about.

Stayed here for a couple days. From start to finish and some- service has been nothing but amazing. Location is great. Everything was nearby... walking distance. Restaurant/food downstairs was great.
